CHSA- Congressional Hispanic Staff Association

Mentorship Program

In an effort to promote career advancement, the Congressional Hispanic Staff Association coordinates a mentoring program that matches its members with senior congressional staff and other experienced Washington D.C. professionals.

Through the program, members will have the opportunity to build professional, one-on-one relationships that can help them advance their careers on Capitol Hill and beyond. The official program lasts four months, and mentors and mentees will be expected to meet at least once a month during the program.

If you hope to participate in the program this year, please complete this formWe ask that you be thoughtful and thorough in your responses as they will serve as the basis for mentor-mentee pairings. In the event that you may have any questions or concerns, please contact Veronica Duron at vice-president@chsadc.org or Marvin Figueroa president@chsadc.org.
